My goals for you
We will work together to develop a treatment plan which will be unique to you, incorporating your goals and wishes. The benefits of therapy: The patient will gain relief from symptoms, maintain or enhance daily functioning, and improve quality of life. Therapy may also assist with strengthening your self-confidence, coping with symptoms, handling strong emotions like fear, grief or anger, and enhancing your problem-solving skills with the use of healthier coping skills. I am currently accepting new patients via Telehealth only.
My first session with you
I will contact you and will walk you through how treatment works and answer your questions. This will also be an opportunity for me to learn more about you! During our first session; we will talk about some of the things that you're experiencing and some of the reasons why you're looking for therapy. We will talk about the issues but make sure to focus on all of the good things you have in your life too! We will gather information about your background and what you feel is bringing you to therapy. We will decide on a time and day that works best for you to begin receiving ongoing therapy appointments via Telehealth. Attend secure video sessions with your therapist 1-2 times per week (unless otherwise decided) to learn new skills and start feeling better. There is usually homework assigned between sessions to reinforce treatment topics. You’ll have a dedicated therapist for the full duration of your healing journey!!
