Keith Jenkins

My name is Keith and I am a doctorally prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner with a diverse clinical background. I see clients statewide in New York who struggle with a diverse range of mental disorders. I primarily focus on the adult population with a special interest in mood disorders, anxiety, and ADHD utilizing a patient-centric approach to helping these individuals thrive in their daily lives and to function to their maximum potential.

My approach

Understanding that each person is unique and has different circumstances that contribute to their struggles is the key to my client-centric approach. Further, understanding the root causes that contribute to one’s mental struggles greatly increases my success in being able to help empower a client to overcome their unique challenges

My focus

My focus is primarily on the adult population that struggles with a wide variety of disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, ADHD, and insomnia just to name a few. I welcome a diverse population of patients including those from the LGBTQ community.

My communication style

I encourage an open and receptive communication stream between myself and my clients and strive to provide an open non-judgemental approach so that clients always feel comfortable during our sessions.
