My journey to mental healthcare
My father suffered from drug abuse and alcohol addiction. After his passing, I became motivated to do this work after suffering from depression thereafter.
My goals for you
I approach goal setting with clients by asking them what their expected goals are in therapy from the intake interview. Then as sessions go by, I will find different techniques to see what works for the client throughout the sessions.
