Hi there, I'm Jeri!

I believe that every person is unique and deserves personalized therapy. I have experience with people who have varying backgrounds and experiences. In my career, I have worked with people of all ages up to 90-plus years old. I use a variety of different modalities including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, DBT, Insight Oriented Therapy, Reality Oriented Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Psychoeducation, Skill-building and Life Review Therapy just to name a few. I look forward to helping you in your healing journey.
