Hi! My name is Ashley Siciliano and I am a LMHC. My approach to therapy is that of a psychodynamic one in which every person is different and the treatment is different.

My approach to therapy is that of a psychodynamic one. Some common approaches I use include CBT and Person-Centered Therapy.
My focus
I typically work with individuals that express the following concerns: anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, ADHD, behavioral concerns and/or time management.
My communication style
Our sessions will consist of a safe, welcoming environment in which there is no judgment. It is your space to openly express your concerns and work through things that are on your mind.

I have always wanted to help others throughout their journey and be there to guide them during difficult times.
My goals for you
When it comes to goal setting, we openly discuss things that you want to work through in our sessions.
My first session with you
During the first session, we will introduce each other and discuss the main concerns that you want to work through.
