My approach
I look forward to working with you, and together we can work together to meet your mental health needs. This is a very uncertain time for many of us, and it seems like our world is in constant change. You are not alone, and unity means power, and I would be honored for us to work together. My approach is both cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic. I will assist you in discovering new skills that can foster personal adjustment.
My focus
I have experience in treating co-occurring disorders, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, LGBTQ+, Addictions, Depression, and ADHD.
My communication style
My communication style is direct, compassionate, empowering, and open-minded. Helping you to find or gain your control back to be the person you desire.
My journey to mental healthcare
I enjoy my profession and could not imagine myself in any other profession. There are so many people that are challenged by life's stressors, traumas, and stigma of mental health disorders. We all need to support each other in our journey.
My goals for you
For psychotherapy goal setting, I prefer clients feel comfortable providing their input and preference of the desired area of need for us to work together.
My first session with you
I hold compassion for individuals who may be experiencing any emotional distress/trauma. I will encourage one to always find strength from within because I believe we all have more strength than we give ourselves credit for. We may need to work on ourselves to be in the space we desire. Everyone deserves to be complete and not judged.
