My name is Candace Kieffer and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I work with a variety of individuals and provide support with working towards your identified goal.
My approach
In therapy, I focus on assisting clients with learning new skills to utilize with their identified challenges.
My focus
I specialize in working with individuals and/or families. I have experience providing counseling with individuals with a trauma history, or who are struggling with symptom management for anxiety, depression, grief, ASD, and ADHD.
My communication style
The environment of therapy is supportive. There may be times when you will be challenged, but it will be respectful.
My goals for you
You will be in charge of setting your goals. There may be times when I may provide input or discuss common themes that arise, but ultimately the progression of therapy will be based solely on what you identify you want to work on.
My first session with you
During the first session, we will get to know each other and identify things that you want to work on in therapy.
