My journey to mental healthcare
I began my career as an elementary school teacher. I saw the struggles my students had and went back to get my masters in counseling. The beginning of my therapy career I worked specifically with children and trauma. As my career progressed, I know utilize specific techniques to treat trauma in adults.
My goals for you
I work with clients to set goals that are meaningful to them and look at ways to reach goals together.
My first session with you
Our first session will be an assessment to begin getting to know what brought you to therapy. We will discuss the therapeutic relationship and answer any questions you may have.
