Maureen Colligan CCMH0203321 I have been working in the helping profession for over 25 years and am committed to helping clients work through challenges they encounter.

My approach

My approach to providing therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with an eclectic person-center center approach which may include other approaches when needed.

My focus

I see client experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, substance use and partnership issues.

My communication style

I hope to provide a trusting and safe environment for each and every client. I am soft spoken and have a tendency to joke now and then.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started my career as an Addiction Counselor and then continued my education to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have a passion for helping people develop an improved life and find happiness when they thought it was not possible.

At times you may have your goals for therapy decided, and if not I will recommend goals that are achievable and measurable.

The first meeting with me I will ask you questions to better know you and to establish appropriate treatment goals for you.
