Hello, my pronouns are she/her/hers, my name is Jannese Webber and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Master in Social Work at Fordham University of New York City in 2013. In this space, you will be encouraged to look at yourself; your strengths and your weaknesses. Through this process we will come up with a plan together. This plan will provide you with a set of actions that you can begin using right away. The changes that you make will align with your goals and dreams. In today's world, we all need time to reflect and re-decide what we want for ourselves.

My approach to therapy utilizes Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Interpersonal, Motivational Interviewing, Holistic, and Solution Focused.

I have experience working with Addiction, Alcohol Use, Anger Management, Chronic Relapse, Codependency, Coping Skills, Drug Abuse, Family Conflict, Life Coaching, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Self-esteem, Stress, Substance Use, Transgender Issues, Gender Identity, Job Stress, LGBTQIA+, and Relapse Prevention.
My communication style
I am able to connect with people in a very real way. I am down-to-earth, approachable, transparent, and direct. My ideal client is self-determined and seeking solutions.
My journey to mental healthcare
I was a Licensed Practical Nurse before going back to school. The decision to become a therapist was very natural for me.
