With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the field of therapy, I have honed my skills to specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and short-term solution-focused strategies. My practice is centered on providing support to adults grappling with anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
