Hi! My name is Asia Perry. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of NC with over 10 years of experience in the social work field. I specialize in with with adults who experience anxiety, depression, anger, and adjustment challenges.

My approach to providing therapy is client-led, utilizing solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and crisis management to assist in facilitating the change you want to see.
My focus
I help focus on addressing your concerns and focus problems head-on and assist with changing your mindset and addressing limiting thoughts that prevent you from growing, healing, and feeling fulfilled.

My communication style is open and direct but wholly client-focused.
My journey to mental healthcare
To experience with and to ''hold'' another human being through the process of struggle, change, healing, and transformation is the greatest reward one can experience. To witness a person’s face light up in hope for the future and witness their wounds becoming their strengths and meaning for the future are the greatest rewards for me as a therapist. Life can be hard, but not impossible. We got this!
