Hi there, I'm Ashley!

Hello, my name is Ashley Witherspoon. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am dedicated to facilitating a safe space to help clarify your goals and values.

My approach

It is important to select someone who makes you feel comfortable. During our initial consultation, we will get to know one another and allow space for questions and feedback.

My focus

As a mother of 3 young children, I have a special place in my heart for parents, guardians, and caregivers. The way that we pour into others is definitely a superpower and we deserve to pour into ourselves as well! I enjoy helping others find that balance as we flow through our own life transitions.

My communication style

If we choose to move forward, we will start where you are and set realistic expectations as wellness is a journey, not a final destination.
