Terresa Hall, LCSW. My approach to therapy includes Integrative Therapy, which focuses on thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I can help people manage their stress, depression, and anxiety.

My approach to providing therapy includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT focuses on identifying negative thoughts and replacing them with healthier thoughts.

I typically work with clients who want to learn to manage their symptoms of stress, depression, and anxiety.
