Your Well-Being Is in Good Hands! I'm Julia Davis LCMHC, NCC. I have been a professional Mental Health Service Provider in North Carolina for 5 years. Your well-being and mental strength are my number one priority. I’m happy to guide you through all of life’s challenges with the attention and care you deserve.

My approach

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution-focused therapy, DBT, CAMs, and BCBT- suicide specific treatment. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

My focus

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Parenting Problems, Career Challenges, Depression, Schizophrenia, Grief, Trauma, PTSD, HIV, Bipolar ADHD, suicidal, self-harm behaviors, and Personality Disorders. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I worked with various populations such as LGBTQ+, HIV, Homeless, Intellectually Disabilities, Prison and Jail Systems

My communication style

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.
