Hello! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist based in North Carolina with experience in the mental health field since 2015. I completed my Master's degree in marriage and family therapy at Liberty University in 2020. My experience ranges across various settings including as a therapist in a psychiatric residential treatment facility, outpatient therapist, and at a private practice. I look forward to collaborating with you!
My approach
I look at situations from a systemic point of view examining client relationships and the environments that amplify the presenting problem. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and forms of other therapeutic approaches.
My focus
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults!
My communication style
My goal is to ensure people feel comfortable, relaxed, and heard.
