Hello! My name is Holly Neumann Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), and trauma specialist. I am here to support you on your journey to a better version of yourself. Life isn't easy at times and neither is therapy but it's worth it and so are you.
My approach
My style is narrative in nature, utilizing Experiential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and other modalities.
My focus
I work with individuals who are experiencing challenges with mental health, substances, and relationship issues. I have experience working with young adults as well as adults throughout the life span.
My communication style
I am kind yet direct. I am easy to talk to as well.
My journey to mental healthcare
Throughout my life I've been through many struggles. This is why I am passionate about helping others. I know life can kick you in butt at times and isn't easy. We all need support at time in our life. Being a therapist has been a gift and I appreciate giving back.

I am passionate about helping others. I will work with you to set your goals and update them as needed. You are the most importantly person in the equation.

In our first session we will completed the intake process so I may better understand you and your needs for therapy.
