Hello, my name is Tim Pittman. I have been counseling for over 20 years. I have been serving people in the area of mental health. I have assisted people with life challenges and changes in their lives.
My approach
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
My focus
I work with people with anxiety, depression, and all related mental health needs. I also work with substance abuse and other addictions
My communication style
I'm a very calm and focused therapist with an emphasis on building and establishing a rapport with clients. I'm very good at being empathic and solution-focused with my clients.
My journey to mental healthcare
I have worked in mental health for over thirty years. It's the only career that I know. I have always been interested in helping people find their way through adversity and growth. I get great satisfaction in serving people.

They can expect an introduction to me and my services. They will also have an understanding of confidentiality and limitations; They will also have an understanding of my theoretical approaches.
