My name is Paige Elliott and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Montana. I provide a variety of therapies for adults, adolescents and children through individual and family counseling.
My approach
Approaches used in therapy vary by the needs of each client. I utilize various evidence-based treatments, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Psychodynamic therapies. I utilize a Client Centered Approach to meet clients in their current stage and help break down barriers to meet personal goals.

I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. I love working with clients at all stages of life, whether you're in search of a safe space to express yourself or need support as you navigate life's obstacles. I focus on creating a safe environment for all individuals to express themselves freely. Together we can navigate obstacles by fostering self discovery and resilience while building skills to create a more positive outlook on life.

My communication style is rooted in empathy and understanding providing a mutually respectful environment. I promote individuality, and see value personal experiences while recognizing how this shapes individual values and morals. Laughter is always welcome!

What you can expect from the first session is me getting to know you a little better. We will discuss reasons for seeking out therapy, and expectations of therapy. We will start building trust and creating a safe environment. I take a client centered approach routed in understanding and empathy.
