Hi there, I'm Brittany!

Hi I am Brittany Clark. I am a licensed mental health counselor. I have been a counselor for five years. I love helping others and seeing other reach their goals. My approach is to listen and not assume.

My approach

I like to use cognitive behavioral therapy. This approach teaches how what an individual thinks, impacts how they feel, and how they react.

My focus

I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, and anything that negatively impacts their day to day functioning.

My communication style

I think I am a great at listening to others and I am nonjudgmental. I love to allow others to express their thoughts and feelings because I have learned sometimes individuals just need to vent and not be judged.

My journey to mental healthcare

I wanted to become a therapist because I have witnessed others who could have had better outcomes if they had someone to talk to. I want my client to feel that I am just someone to talk to and that I can guide them to reaching those goals.

My goals for you

I allow the clients to share what they feel their goals should be so they can be the best version of themselves.

My first session with you

They should expect an environment that allows them to speak freely to identify what they need from therapy.
