Hi! I'm Patrice Robinson. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) I have served the community for over 10 years. I am passionate about serving individuals on their holistic journey. I focus on using the attachment base to support and learn to integrate your Faith through the struggles of life experiences.
My approach
Everything we do is about our relationships with ourselves, others, and our environment. I utilize the attachment base to support learning the 3 areas of life; where I have been, where I am, and where I am trying to get to with an integration of Faith. The most common approaches are CBT, Positive Psychology, Christian Counseling, ACT, SFBT, MI, Trauma Focused, Strength Base, and Mindfulness
My focus
My role is to help guide you through the process of working through your anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues with a holistic lens to improve your spiritual, emotional, and behavioral well-being.

It is energizing, empowering, and affirming.
My journey to mental healthcare
As a child, I had watched people from all aspects of life with different experiences, which led me on my journey. I have been fascinated by the brain and human behavior my entire life. My driver is how highly motivated by being a change advocator with a holistic lens.
My goals for you
I would listen to the client as they identify their goals. We can collaborate to determine a timeline to meet their goal.
My first session with you
We will talk, laugh, and maybe even cry but we can get through the session. We will develop a partnership to understand how to become self-aware for transformation with a holistic lens. We will also work together to determine what our future sessions will look like.
