My name is Crystal Brokering. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I utilize a positive strengths based approach to empower clients to be the best version of themselves. I have significant experience working with grief, depression, anger management, parenting skills, and end of life.
My approach
I primarily operate from a strengths based, solution focused mode of therapy. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and will encourage modifying behavior and thought processes to achieve positive outcomes.
My focus
I have significant experience working with older adults and end of life issues as well as anxiety, depression and grief issues that can occur throughout all stages of life. I also spent a significant amount of time working with children and families on issues including parenting skills, anger management, and other complex family dynamics.

My journey to mental healthcare
I have been in the field for over 20 years. I enjoy helping people process situations and come up with possible solutions. I enjoy working with a variety of age groups from children to the elderly.
