Hello my name is Ebony. I am licensed in Minnesota with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, and relationship issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. When I am not practicing therapy I enjoy spending time with my family,my dog Saweetie, and traveling.
My approach
I try and meet my clients where they are at with an open,flexible,nonjudgmental approach. Each session allows opportunity for rapport and trust to be established, while creating a safe space. I like to incorporate a strength based approach,along with cognitive behavioral therapy in meeting your needs.
My focus
I graduated with my undergraduate degree in Social Work from the College of St. Scholastica. I went on to complete my masters in Social Work from Augsburg College, both in Minnesota. I have worked in different capacities as a licensed clinical social worker and have vast experience working with people from various backgrounds and needs.

My communication style is open and respectful. I try to create a space where I am clear and direct with my clients. I like to structure my sessions to be collaborative and engaging with my clients.

My approach in setting goals with my clients is being collaborative and actively engaging the client throughout the process. Being intentional the goal is applicable to what the clients need and hope for themselves in the future. I respect the clients preferences, expertise, and autonomy, and work together to find a suitable goal.
