My name is Sharon Rohde and I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC #1906) and a licensed drug and alcohol counselor (LADC (303827). I work with adults and couples using evidence based interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness based therapies and acceptance and commitment therapy.

My focus
I work with adults and couples for couples to address mental health concerns. Areas of treatment focus include depression, anxiety, addiction, bipolar, grief, relationship problems, as well as other mental health concerns.
My communication style
My communication style is focused on safety, openness, compassion, empathy and acceptance. I strive to meet client's where they are in their journey while providing encouragement, support, education, and strategies that will help them meet their identified therapeutic goals.

My journey to becoming a therapist is deeply rooted in my desire to be of service to others, in learning and understanding human behavior, in supporting individuals and families who have been impacted by mental health disorders and in supporting people as they strive to live their best life.

The first session will focus on gathering information to understand you and your needs. We will also focus on getting to know one another a bit better by providing space and time for me to answer any questions you may have about my role as your therapist.
