Hello! My name is Jordyn Leonard. I am a clinical social worker licensed in Maine. I have three and a half years of professional experience providing therapy to individuals of all ages. I have experience in supporting clients to address emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and self-esteem.

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and strength-based techniques to support clients in addressing and overcoming challenges.

I encourage a calm and open environment during sessions. I practice unconditional positive regard with all clients and believe the therapy environment should be a safe place centered around non-judgementalism, honesty, and open communication.
