My communication style
I strive for emotional safety, humor and positivity in therapy sessions.
My journey to mental healthcare
When I started working in the helping field approximately 20 years ago, I found that the work did not feel like work, much of the time. I continue to be driven by the challenging and rewarding aspects of supporting clients in reaching their goals.
My goals for you
One of the most powerful elements in the therapeutic process is the accountability that comes with regular meetings. Therapy goals are set in treatment planning and weekly goals are set at the end of sessions.
My first session with you
The first session is unlike sessions that follow as we will be focused on developing a picture of your physical health, psychological status and social life in order to support the overall therapeutic process.
