I provide a compassionate and personalized approach that includes traditional therapeutic interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Trauma-Informed Care.

My journey to mental healthcare
Being a therapist has always been a calling for me. My early experience growing up in a chaotic influenced me later to want to provide awareness about mental health and trauma. I'm passionate about what I do and am honored to be part of people's healing journeys.

In our first session together I'll invite you to share what's bringing you to therapy and if there's a specific problem or goal you'd like to address, I'll ask questions to help get a brief sketch of your life story including any previous therapy you might have had.
