my approach to therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It is based on the idea that the way we think about situations can affect the way we feel.
My focus
Provide therapy to clients with depression, anxiety and stress. I help clients to develop healthy cognitive patterns and beliefs about self that lead to alleviation of symptoms.

Good communication for both verbal and nonverbal communication, creative problem solver with the ability to apply both emotion and reason.

The most rewarding part of being a therapist is helping people, giving hope when people feel hopeless. Inspiring others to be all that they are capable of being.
My goals for you
I can help clients to identify specific goals and create a treatment plan, so the client can achieve the outcomes the client is looking for. Setting attainable short-term and long-term goals that help clients to imagine a better future.
My first session with you
I will provide the information the client needs to know. I will establish rapport through support, warmth and empathy. I will ask about the symptoms that brought the client to therapy to have a good understanding of the client's history. I will ask about the client's behaviors, feelings, and current coping strategies.
