Greetings, I'm Kennyra Colson Licensed Professional Counselor located in the state of Louisiana. I've providing therapy for the past four years with a Solution Focused technique.
My approach
As a solution focused therapist, I will ensure that you uncover any issues that have caused barriers within your life. As well as discovering a solution to living a healthier life and teaching effective coping skill that will empower you. I look forward to working with you by achieving your desired goals. Providing therapy is confidential, safe, and a positive environment that will allow you to focus on the presenting problem and finding a solution. While being motivated to set goals in order to have a meaningful life.
My focus
The clients that I service consist of adolescents, adults, and couples. As well as treating those who have been diagnosed with ADHD/ADD, polysubstance abuse, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
My communication style
I have a calm approach which creates a safe zone for all of my clients.
