I use Person Centered, Attachment Theory, DBT, CBT, Adlerian Theory and Jungian Theory.
My focus
I like working with adults ranging from 18 to 99 years of age. My focus is mainly depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, attachment, grief, relationship issues and life transitions.

I like to provide a calm environment where my clients can feel safe to tell their life stories and communicate their fears, with absolutely no judgment.
