Hi my name is Centurion Johnson. Im a specialist in cultural trauma, men's issues and relationship counseling. I love working with individuals and supporting couples build healthy families.
My approach
My approach is eclectic. I rely on solution focused, client-centered, CBT, and existential types of therapy.
My focus
I work well with men, couples and families that are seeking to center and balance their lives and repair from dramas and traumas.

My communication style is one that feels like you will probably feel like you are talking to a friend in a mirror.
My journey to mental healthcare
I became a therapist because of a void that has existed for decades. A void that allowed black and brown people to be left to find sometimes inadequate ways of dealing with real mental health issues. As you search you will find very few people that look like me that are in profession of mental health. This is unfortunate. Although my caseload is hugely diverse, what comforts my clients is I represent what in my field is lacking...a representative from a disenfranchised group of people helping to build up the individual, repairing relationships and making families whole.
