Hi there, I'm Ronald!

Hello. I am Ron Gardner, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (39003681A) in Indiana. I typically use a cognitive-behavioral therapy approach to help clients improve their mental health. I specialize in treating people with sexual abuse or sexual addiction issues. I also enjoy helping others who are experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, or other issues.

My approach

I usually use a person-centered cognitive behavioral therapy approach but I also use cognitive processing therapy, EMDR, and solutions-focused brief therapy.

My focus

I see clients 12 years old and older who are struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, or relationship issues.

My communication style

I am calm and have a regulated tone. At times, I have a flare for the dramatic. I enjoy making others laugh.
