My approach
My most commonly used theoretical approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Client-Centered, Solution Focused, and Strength-based approaches. Utilizing these different techniques allows me to tailor my approach to my client's needs.
My focus
I specialize in providing support to adults and adolescents most often experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and anger management concerns. Additionally, I work with clients dealing with grief, stress management, self-esteem, and various life transitions.

My communication style is empathetic and clear, ensuring that my clients feel genuinely heard and understood throughout our sessions. I encourage my clients to openly explore their thoughts and feelings and strive to create a collaborative and respectful environment.
My journey to mental healthcare
My journey in the mental health field has been both diverse and fulfilling. My experience spans private practice, school settings, and community mental health, giving me the privilege of supporting individuals and families of all ages—from children and adolescents to adults.
