My name is Tellissa Colglazier, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am also certified as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2. I like to approach therapy as a conversation and work with clients to determine what their goals are. I work with adults who struggle with anxiety , depression, trauma, and PTSD. As well as survivors of domestic abuse.
My approach
I utilize CBT, DBT, solution focused, MI and psycho education during sessions.

I have worked with and feel most comfortable working with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD and survivors of domestic abuse.
My communication style
I like to create a safe and inviting environment for my clients so that they are able to feel comfortable in netting with me.
My journey to mental healthcare
I knew that I wanted to help others especially those who are survivors of domestic abuse and trauma.
