Hi there, I am Cindy Green-Smith. I am an experienced, empathetic and compassionate licensed clinical social worker who works with adolescents through adulthood. I enjoy working with clients who are curious about themselves. I work most in the areas anxiety, depression, ADHD, spirituality, and aging. I enjoy being a part of the helping process as client begin to explore and connect with themselves as they reframe those negative narratives and create positive and empowering futures.
My approach
Cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and strengths perspective.

I strive to create a warm, empathetic, safe environment folks to process their thought, feelings and struggles.
My journey to mental healthcare
My story started with the drive to learn more about grief after the loss of my husband. In doing so I embarked on an education in the field of social work and went on to obtain my bachelors and master degree in the field. From there I began my journey in community mental health. My drive for my career as an LCSW is to help folk overcome the challenges and stress that make life overwhelming at times.

I meet my clients where they are and help clients realize their goals and potential by helping each individual find his/her strengths to reframe and achieve their goals.
