Hi there, I'm Nichole!

Hi there, my name is Nichole Molnar and I am an LCPC. I consider myself a client-centered and solution-focused therapist. I will be here to talk about anything and everything and then come to a solution-focused plan to move forward in a healthy way.

My approach

I believe as a therapist my job is to help my clients in any way that I can. I am adaptable to meet the needs of my clients as well as provide expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Postpartum, and Nutrition.

My focus

I typically work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression ADHD, and postpartum. However, I am flexible and will meet the needs of any client.

My communication style

My approach to therapy is very relaxed. I like to create an environment in which my clients enjoy coming to sessions, feel safe, and have a conversation, and then the therapy skills are built-in in a very subtle way but with long-lasting positive effects.

My goals for you

Goal setting should be a conversation in which the client can speak freely about what they would like to accomplish and then I will come in and polish up those ideas into sustainable and achievable goals.
