My name is Elise Salo, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience in social work, including more than a decade as a school social worker. My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to becoming a therapist began over 20 years ago when I first entered the field of social work. I've always been drawn to helping others and found that my passion lies in supporting individuals through their most challenging moments. Over the last decade, working as a school social worker has deepened my understanding of the unique struggles people face, particularly adolescents in educational settings. Transitioning to telehealth allows me to continue this work in a new, accessible way. What drives me is the belief that everyone has the potential to heal and grow, and I am honored to be a part of that process.
