I have over a decade of experience helping motivate clients from many different backgrounds with a range of counseling needs using a solution-focused-client-centered approach to overcome their struggles in life. Using my skill set in cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to guide my clients to their desired change. Her education includes a Masters in Counseling, Certified Behavior Change Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Specialist. I have also completed levels 1 and 2 of Gottman’s Relationship Method Therapy training.
My approach
I like to provide a safe and non judgmental environment for my clients. I provide guidance, support, and clinical interventions to help my client move forward with their presenting struggles. I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing in my daily therapeutic practice.
My focus
My ideal client is someone that is ready to do the hard work and open to the idea of change. My client is engaged and excited about the process.
My communication style
I actively listen to my clients and provide a supportive ear.
