I have extensive experience in treating couples and individuals with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and life goals.

I am very directive and positive in my approach and often am told I am authentic and relatable.
My journey to mental healthcare
This is a second career for me. In the past, I have benefited from therapy due to many losses and thus depression that followed. Through my own life experience, I felt I could help others through their journey.

Often the first few sessions gain background information and incorporate the setting of goals for therapy.

The first session will include information on why therapy is needed, current life situations, and family background information.
