In my therapy practice, I work to create a space where clients feel accepted and safe to express themselves. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them develop insight to reach their goals. It is important to me that my relationship with clients is built upon trust and that what is important to them is the focus of their time in therapy.
My approach

My goals for you
My goals for you in therapy are to empower you in your life, promote healthy relationships, and build your resiliency to navigate all of life's changes. Through our work together, I aim to help you develop deeper insights to achieve your personal therapeutic goals.
My first session with you
In our first session, we will begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I will provide a safe, accepting space for you to share what brings you to therapy. We'll collaboratively discuss your goals and what you hope to focus on in our work together. This session allows us to get to know each other and start mapping the path forward in your therapeutic journey.
