My name is Anne Hedelius. I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My strengths are in helping people to improve their relationships and teaching effective emotional regulation skills. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or any other issue, please know there is hope for a better tomorrow.
My approach
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice, but may employ a variety of different treatment types to support you. I encourage clients to identify guiding principals and values that will help them to achieve their goals in life.
My focus
I work with individuals to create an emotionally safe and nurturing space. My areas of focus are life stresses, divorce, parenting, depression, grief and loss.

I care about you, your family, and your story. I will treat you with respect, dignity, and compassion, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
My journey to mental healthcare
After completing training in behavioral health at University Nevada Reno and Liberty University, I began practicing. In addition to caring for patients through telehealth, I have experience practicing in clinics, hospitals and nursing homes.
