Hi I'm Tonya Jepson. I am a Christian, a Mom, an author, and a licensed professional counselor, LPC. I enjoy spending time with family, gardening And swimming.
My approach
I use a Person Centered approach where the client is able to work on goals at their own pace. I also use Family Systems when appropriate.
My focus
I have worked with autistic clients, adolescents and now refugees. I am comfortabe getting clients who express what is going in their mental health, and them work together toward solutions and treatment plans.
My communication style
I strive to provide a safe, relaxing and healing environment. I am warm and engaged and strive to create an atmosphere of validation for the client.
