Hello! I am Brenda Lagrimas and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have dedicated my career to helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and promoting psychological well-being. This provider resides in Hawaii.

I utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help navigate through life's difficulties, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Mindfulness, and Strengths-Based Therapy.
My focus
I specialize in trauma-related disorders (PTSD), complex trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and self-esteem issues. I work with adults, adolescents, and preteens of all cultures.

I deliver warm and supportive trauma-informed care to my clients. I will create a safe space for you to express your feelings, thoughts, and emotions.

During our first session, I will get some basic information about you and some of the issues prominent in your daily life. I will continue to get to know you more and more as we navigate through these difficulties.
