I have a strong commitment to service and a passion for promoting growth and well-being. I am adept at working with people from different backgrounds and cultures and have a strong understanding of multiculturalism and cultural competency.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I approach therapy from a holistic perspective, integrating different therapeutic modalities to create safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environments that foster your growth and well-being. I believe in the power of my clients' capacity for growth and understanding.

My clients enjoy being able to take this journey at their own speed and always leave therapy feeling better than they did when they arrived. Therapy can be very educational and provides an understanding of how the mind works and how it can work for you rather than against you.

My journey to mental healthcare

Being a therapist was always in the cards for me. I grew up as a young mentor so as I grew so did my plans to pursue this type of work as a career.
