My approach
Because each client/client system is unique, I believe in providing a thorough assessment process before creating an individualized treatment plan. I am rooted in person-centered therapy and believe that the client is the expert in their own life. I am trained in family systems, CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems. With couples, I utilize Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
