My approach to therapy is meeting you where you are, listening to your story, and helping you discover hope and healing. I use various techniques to assist you in becoming your best self in your situation. One technique I use is a Cognitive Behavioral model, which focuses on connecting thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to restore hope, healing, and peace.
