I am Tanea McKee, Ed.D., LMFT a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Regis University with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2008. I also received a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Phoenix with a concentration in Educational Counseling in 2004. I am currently licensed in the states of Delaware, Georgia, Nevada, and Wisconsin. I am passionate about increasing the accessibility of mental health services in marginalized communities and providing culturally intelligent mental health care. In my free time, I enjoy astrology, the Tarot, crystals, traveling, listening to old school Hip-Hop, and playing with my grandchildren.

I believe the client is always in the driver’s seat of their journey, with the therapist acting merely as a GPS system. I have experience in Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Transgenerational Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation, and Intersectionality.
