My approach is eclectic, meaning flexible and adaptive to the unique needs of each specific client, depending on the problem, the treatment goals, and the person's expectations and motivation. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
My focus
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, grief, mood disorders, self-esteem, anger management, life changes, etc. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My communication style
My counseling and communication style is warm and interactive, and my intent is to create a safe place for clients to grow and facilitate change.
