My journey to mental healthcare
Growing up, I found a teacher who was inspiring with her support and honoring of my story, and challenging me to learn and grow. I want to share these gifts and help you learn your story is important too. It can be hard to start the process of healing. I strive to provide you with a safe place here to heal, learn and grow. Being able to walk alongside you on your healing journey is part of what drives me. I feel honored to be part of you breaking patterns and building new ones that support the new life you are seeking.

Relationship is key when working with a therapist. Our first session is focused on getting to know one another, exploring your concerns and strengths, starting to identify what your goals are and ensuring we are a good fit for one another.
