Hello. My name is Susan Sturdivant Miles. I am an LPC who has been in this field for over 10 years. My therapy approach focuses on building the mind and body as one, bringing each piece together so that there is understanding in order to find healing.
My approach
The most common approaches for me are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy

I typically work with teens and young/middle-age adults.
My communication style
I like a calm and open field of communication. I love when my clients have perspectives and we all can come to understand things in a positive way. I would to be a guide to your lifestyle as you lead the way.
My journey to mental healthcare
I have loved to help others since childhood. My journey in counseling has been focused on making a better future for us all. So, if I can help one achieve their change then it can help us all with a brighter future.
